the service
VanRoute AI is a trip planning tool that generates road trip itineraries using artificial intelligence. The routes, distances, cost estimates, and local information provided are generated suggestions — not professional travel advice. Always verify critical details (border rules, road conditions, campsite availability) independently before travelling.
your account
You may use VanRoute AI without an account, but creating one lets you save and share trips. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including but not limited to: automated scraping, submitting malicious content, attempting to access other users' data, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
intellectual property
The trips you create are yours. The VanRoute AI brand, design, and underlying technology remain our property. You may share your generated trips freely, but you may not resell or redistribute the service itself.
limitation of liability
VanRoute AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate route information, missed stops, or travel disruptions. Use the generated itineraries at your own discretion.
changes & termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but we're a small team on the road — bear with us.
